Well it's a mudfest so far, with not much progress to report.
As many of you know, getting a reservation here this Spring has been a trick. We were booked for virtually every day of March and April, and turned down just as many booking requests as we made, which is a good problem to have, but we still hate to do it. We decided it was time to add some lodging space, and that is what we are working on now.
Our new building is going to have 4 units each designed to accommodate smaller groups of 2-3 guests each. There will be 2 units downstairs and 2 more above them upstairs. Each unit will consist of one bedroom with closet, one bathroom, and an open living room/kitchen. There is also a connecting door to the unit beside.
The front of each unit will face West, overlooking the Firepit. Our other two cabins are named "Covey Creek" and "Whitetail Bend". We are naming this one "Bassin' Corner".
Can't wait to get this one done. It will certainly help us accommodate a growing number of guests!!!
We will keep you updated as it progresses.

Don't Bring Your Light Tackle Here!!!
